1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website danishco.pk ("Site") or engaging DanishCo ("Company," "we," "us") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services

DanishCo provides digital agency services including but not limited to:

• Web development and design
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Digital marketing and advertising
• Branding and identity design
• Ecommerce development
• Content marketing and writing

Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be defined in individual project agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information required for project execution
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
• Make timely payments as per agreed schedule
• Provide necessary access to platforms, hosting, and domains
• Communicate feedback clearly and promptly

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals
• Standard payment schedule: 50% advance, 50% on completion
• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of final deliverables
• DanishCo retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio
• Third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) are licensed per their terms
• Source code ownership transfers upon final payment

6. Revisions and Changes

Project revisions are governed by the scope defined in each project agreement. Additional changes beyond scope may incur extra charges. Minor revisions are typically included; major scope changes require a change order.

7. Limitation of Liability

DanishCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. DanishCo reserves the right to refuse service to any client.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sargodha, Punjab, Pakistan.
